Livesite 3 pricing guide

Livesite 3 is a solution framework. A “vanilla flavoured” web database application to be installed for each client, which provides the framework to enable the various system options to be “turned on” as required. The look and feel templates are customised by Multibase to the client’s specifications. Following this, any customised components are developed specifically for the client. Data and documents can be uploaded by the client, or by Multibase. This is an economical way for a client to achieve a quality web system quickly and at a relatively modest price compared with custom development, or installation of a high-end content management or portal system.

Each client receives an individualised quotation, covering the installation, customisation, additional development, hosting and training that is required. As a guide, Livesite 3 projects have been implemented in the range from $2,500 to over $40,000, depending on the scale and the degree of customisation required. Hosting prices depend on the scale of the system. Ongoing management costs depend on the degree of further development required, and whether the site owner wishes to administer the site in-house. Typically, all project include a maintenance allowance that covers personalised ongoing Multibase support of the system and the client’s staff who work with it.
